Military General Service 1793-1814, three clasps, Egypt, Martinique, Guadaloupe (H. Bowman, 44th Foot), nearly extremely fine, a scarce clasp combination Estimate £ 1,200-1,400 Private Henry Bowman, born in Elling, Middlesex, 1779, served with the 44th Foot 13.5.1797 to 12.5.1802, and with the 90th Light Infantry 25.2.1805 to 4.8.1818, when he was discharged as being rheumatic, old and incapable of service.
